HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a busy Human Resources Shared Services team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, helping answer questions related to benefits, compensation, HR policies, employee programs, and general workplace resources. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and confidentiality are critical.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner
• Research and resolve questions related to benefits, compensation, HR policies, and employee programs
• Process and verify Form I-9 documentation to ensure compliance with federal requirements
• Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness efforts
• Manage and track employee inquiries through HR systems and case management tools
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR teams and follow through to resolution
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and HR systems to support daily operations
