Packaging Sales Executive

The Packaging Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close. This role includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering product presentations, negotiating agreements, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams. The position also requires monitoring market and competitor activity, attending industry events and trade shows, and preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts for leadership. The ideal Packaging Sales Executive candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the printing or packaging industry, and a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be highly motivated, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and skilled in building long-term client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience using CRM systems and adapting to changing market conditions. The ideal candidate resides in Ohio, Texas, California, New York, or New Jersey.

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity that offers significant earning potential based on performance, with a salary range from $55,000 to $250,000. The role provides autonomy, exposure to industry events, and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the company's continued growth. Up to 50 percent travel is expected, offering direct engagement with clients and industry partners.
