Oracle WFM Report Developer

An organization undergoing a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation is seeking an Oracle WFM Report Developer to join an established reporting team. This individual will play a key role in supporting Workforce Management (WFM) reporting, with a focus on Oracle Time & Labor, Scheduling, and Absence modules.

This is a hands-on reporting position working directly with workforce data such as timecards, staffing levels, overtime, and shift-based operations. The role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their experience in Oracle Fusion HCM reporting within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Details:

• Pay: $50-$55/hour
• Schedule: Primarily remote
• Onsite Requirement: One 3-day period per month in Houston

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
• Build reporting across Oracle Time & Labor (WFM), Scheduling, and Absence Management
• Develop reports focused on timecards, overtime, shift differentials, staffing levels, and compliance
• Translate business requirements into report logic, calculations, and subject area usage
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live reporting validation
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations teams to ensure reporting aligns with real-time workforce needs
• Contribute to ongoing reporting enhancements within a team-based environment

Requirements:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Hands-on experience with OTBI and/or BI Publisher
• Strong Workforce Management (WFM) experience, specifically with Oracle Time & Labor, timekeeping, or scheduling data
• SQL familiarity
• Experience working in a 24/7 or shift-based environment is preferred

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
