Key Responsibilities Oversee commercial clients in health systems and large accounts, ensuring relationship management and satisfaction Develop relationship strategy plans and support client renewal processes, including contract management Provide trend management recommendations and lead performance guarantee reporting and compliance efforts Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and/or pharmacy benefits experience Bachelor's or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience; PharmD preferred Exceptional business acumen and strong clinical knowledge Experience in financial and statistical reporting, project management preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
