What You'll Do

• Provide mental health assessments and treatment to patients aged 10 and older in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress
• Document patient encounters accurately according to healthcare standards
• Support patients' mental health stabilization and recovery
• Ensure compliance with all institutional policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) license
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health
• Ability to practice independently in Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience working with adolescent and adult populations in an inpatient setting
• Credentialed at Leonard campus or local to Natick, MA
• Reliable transportation to the facility
