As Generative AI Support Specialist, you will act as the technical expert for enterprise AI platforms, helping users unlock value from advanced AI capabilities while supporting the evolution from chatbot usage to sophisticated multi-agent workflows, automation, and business integrations. With a growing user base and increasing demand for advanced AI capabilities, they are looking for a technically strong specialist to support users, drive best practices, and help shape the future of AI-enabled ways of working. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to maximize the impact of enterprise AI tools. The Role and Deliverables Serve as the primary escalation point for complex ChatGPT and AI platform support requests. Coach users on prompt engineering, model selection, AI workflows, custom GPTs, integrations, connectors, and emerging AI capabilities. Administer and support the enterprise AI environment, including workspace configuration, user management, analytics, and troubleshooting. Partner with business teams to understand requirements and recommend practical AI-enabled solutions. Develop playbooks, documentation, adoption materials, feature guides, and governance-related content. Analyse recurring issues, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive greater AI adoption across the organization. Your Skills & Experience Strong hands‑on experience with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude. Demonstrated capability in prompt engineering and designing advanced AI workflows. Technical foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related discipline. Comfortable working with Python, Markdown, APIs, automation tools, or technical integrations. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing issues. Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer‑focused mindset. Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and operating in a fast‑moving environment. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms or AI products is highly beneficial.
