Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: "FAR 15" or "DFARS" or "Subcontracts" or "Aerospace" or "Avionics" or "Defence" or "Military"
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance.
• Subcontracting experience (FAR15)
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and processes.
