Senior Payroll AnalystThe Senior Payroll Analyst provides exceptional support to all Team Members at Crew Carwash by ensuring payroll is processed accurately, timely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This position is on-site five days per week at our Support Center in Fishers, IN.The Senior Payroll Analyst serves as a payroll subject matter expert and is responsible for supporting all aspects of bi-weekly payroll processing, payroll reporting, payroll compliance, payroll audits, payroll-related system functionality, and payroll process improvement. This position plays a key role in identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, strengthen internal controls, reduce manual work, enhance system functionality, and improve the overall Team Member and leader experience. The Senior Payroll Analyst will manage Dayforce-related process improvement and system enhancement projects, partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors, and provide guidance on complex payroll matters.
