Documenting maintenance activities, completed repairs, and equipment conditions using maintenance management software and related systems. Installing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing various components and systems including heavy mobile equipment, hydraulic systems, 12 & 24V mobile electrical systems, belt conveyors, gear reducers, and bearings Safely operating and utilizing a variety of maintenance tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electric tools. Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals. Operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required. Following all company safety standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Supporting additional maintenance and operational tasks as assigned. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Possess basic computer proficiency. Minimum of one year of experience in industrial electrical systems and mechanical maintenance. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and other varying conditions while using required personal protective equipment (PPE). Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed with advance notice. . Experience working with SAP and/or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification. Heavy equipment or industrial maintenance technical diploma from a trade school, or 3+ years of equivalent hands-on maintenance experience. Certifications in Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance. Packaging equipment, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Belt and roller conveyors, Pumps, Gear reducers or Bearings. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing and resolving equipment reliability and performance issues. Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
