You will work internally with other software engineers, program managers, and product owners to deliver quality solutions in the expected time frame, using your experience and judgement. You will be considered a solid contributor, and will be looked up to raise the bar with engineering fundamentals and leadership.Key Areas of ResponsibilityDesigns, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applicationsProvides technical support to project team membersFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and proceduresRelies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goalsA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedMay report to director, manager, or senior engineerQualificationsDemonstrate fluency in C/C++Demonstrate advance problem solving skillsDemonstrates advanced understanding of algorithms and data structures in designing software and completing designated tasksUses advanced understanding of software design paradigms, and best practices in day to day tasksUnderstanding of standard software development tools including Visual StudioDemonstrates proper and appropriate techniques in programming methods, documentation, testing, and reviewChecks the consistency and quality of team members on a daily basisSeeks to establish proper methods for the adherence of code quality across the companyAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
