Reports to: Branch Manager

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonus opportunities

Every week we're placing people into manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, and skilled trades roles across the area and the branch runs on the person who keeps all the moving parts organized.

That's this role. As Branch Administrator, you're the operational hub: you keep candidates moving through the pipeline, keep the recruiters supported, and keep the details from slipping. If you like a job where no two days look the same and your work visibly keeps the whole team on track, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Actually Do

• Post job ads and keep openings live and accurate across our platforms
• Field incoming applications and get candidates to the right next step quickly
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling so nothing stalls
• Support recruiters through the placement process paperwork, onboarding, follow-up
• Keep candidate and placement records clean and current in our systems
• Be a dependable first point of contact for candidates and the branch team

What We're Looking For

• Sharp attention to detail you catch what others miss
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• Comfort working under real deadlines and hitting targets
• Some familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools (or the aptitude to pick them up fast)
• A team-first mindset you'd rather win together than shine alone
