Senior Sales Manager - Einfochips

Join eInfochips as a Senior Sales Manager and play a critical role in driving our Digital Engineering and embedded service solutions. This position involves analyzing opportunities within target business lines, developing value propositions, and cultivating relationships with potential customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct proactive analyses of Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities to identify potential clients. Create and present compelling value propositions in areas such as Embedded, Firmware, Hardware, Software, IoT, Mobility, AI/ML, Analytics, and Cloud Operations. Understand customer digital transformation needs and stay updated on industry technology trends. Engage with mid-size and enterprise customers across assigned territories. Identify pain points and tactical needs of customers to facilitate quick entry into contracts. Manage the complete sales process from initial communication to contract signing. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and relationship-building. Build long-term relationships and gain referrals from Director and VP level executives. What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a four-year degree; or eight years with an advanced degree. Experience with design service companies and a proven track record in selling ODC/offshore/CoE. Demonstrable success in selling Software, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Integration services. Expertise in hunting new accounts and scaling existing ones. Familiarity with application software, test automation, and infrastructure software. Depth of experience in specific verticals such as ISVs, Automotive, or Healthcare is advantageous.
