Remote Lead Generator – Part-Time

Mathis Insurance and Financial Services Inc., a State Farm agency based in California, is looking for an energetic and dependable Remote Lead Generator to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting.

This is not an insurance sales position. Your primary goal will be to connect with prospective customers, introduce our agency, identify interest, and schedule qualified appointments with our licensed team members. What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, including cold calls
• Follow agency-provided scripts and calling guidelines
• Introduce our agency and identify potential customer interest
• Ask basic qualifying questions and gather contact information
• Schedule qualified appointments for licensed team members
• Follow up with prospects as assigned
• Accurately document calls, leads, and appointments in agency systems
• Meet weekly activity and appointment-setting goals
• Participate in virtual coaching and team meetings

What We're Looking For

• Must reside and perform all work in Nevada
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound and cold calls
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives
• Reliable and able to work independently from home
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new software and following established processes
• Able to maintain a quiet, professional workspace with reliable internet
• Sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

• 15–20 hours per week
• Part-time, remote position
• Schedule will be established in advance
• Work must be performed from Nevada
• Additional or overtime hours are not permitted without prior approval

Compensation

• $12.00 per hour
• Additional bonuses for qualified appointments that are kept
• Specific bonus criteria and amounts will be reviewed during the hiring process

This structure gives you the opportunity to directly increase your earnings based on your appointment-setting results. The Lead Generator does not quote insurance, recommend insurance coverage, provide coverage advice, or sell insurance products. Insurance-related questions are referred to appropriately licensed team members.
