Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting clients with policy changes and updates, processing payments, answering phones, greeting customers as a traffic controller, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include bilingual Spanish speaking, strong communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, good computer and writing skills, previous customer service experience preferred, a positive attitude, being a team player, a quick learner, and availability to work Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm.

Compensation is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
