Insurance Sales Representative – Remote (Nevada Residents Only)Love insurance sales and building relationships—but ready for a more consistent schedule and the flexibility of working from home? Candidates must have at least one year of insurance industry experience and hold active insurance licenses. If you're competitive, self-motivated, comfortable asking for the sale, and able to stay productive without direct supervision, we want to meet you!What You'll DoConnect with current and prospective customers by phone, text, and emailIdentify customer needs and explain insurance product optionsProspect and build a sales pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-buildingFollow up consistently with leads, quotes, and sales opportunitiesConfidently ask for the sale and work toward individual sales goalsBuild lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referralsMaintain accurate customer records and manage daily activities using agency systemsThis is a sales-focused position. Required QualificationsMust currently reside in NevadaMinimum 1 year of insurance industry experienceActive Property & Casualty insurance licenseStrong communication, sales, and customer service skillsExperience prospecting, quoting insurance, following up, and closing salesComfortable making outbound calls and working toward activity and production goalsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote environmentReliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspaceComfortable using computers, CRM systems, and virtual communication toolsExperience working for a State Farm agency is a plus, but not required.
