Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, allowing for the development of personalized treatment strategies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop customized treatment plans with actionable goals and interventions, ensuring that progress is tracked continuously.

• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating seamless coordination of services.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide risk assessments to develop effective safety plans when necessary.

• Lead group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups aimed at fostering community engagement and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring the confidentiality of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds and may experience a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and familial conflicts. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe space for these individuals and families, helping them navigate their emotional and mental challenges towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary for effective client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred. Experience working in team-oriented environments and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous as you adapt and integrate into our clinical workflow.

Compensation and Benefits\n
