Onboarding Specialist - Detail-Driven & Impactful

Atrium is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join the Centralized Onboarding (COB) Team in Westerville, OH. You will manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/payrolled employees, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Daily duties include handling required documents (I-9, W-4, state tax forms), coordinating client-specific paperwork, performing pre-employment screenings, and updating HRIS and timekeeping systems.
