ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency seven years ago and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member myself and saw firsthand the growth potential that agency ownership could provide. Outside of work, I play guitar in a small band, enjoy bicycling and staying active with my kids, and love sports like soccer. I also competed in track and field, so that competitive spirit has always been a part of who I am.

Our agency is proud to stay connected to the community. We sponsor three local high schools and their athletic programs and participate in community activities throughout the year that allow us to build relationships with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual French or Spanish preferred.
