RECEPTIONIST

Receptionist Position

St. Louis CDJR is looking for the right person to add as a Receptionist. We are a growing CDJR dealership that is adding a Receptionist to our team to give our customers the personal touch we want them to have. Customer service is very important to St. Louis CDJR.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
• Direct telephone calls to proper parties/departments as necessary.
• Greet customers entering the dealership.
• Operate current dealership phone system.
• Handle multiple incoming lines.
• Assists with keeping the showroom area neat and orderly.
• Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe and grooming.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive Dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Speak Spanish a plus
