AR Schedule: Mon–Fri (2pm–9/10pm) | Seasonal Saturdays (Sept–Nov)

Type: Temp‐to‐Perm | Long‐Term Opportunity

Training: First Shift (7am–2/3pm)

We are seeking experienced Cold Storage Forklift Operators to join our second‐shift team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in cold environments, have strong sit‐down forklift skills, and understand the fast‐paced nature of shipping and receiving.

You will be responsible for loading/unloading semi‐trailers, moving product between freezer and dock areas, and managing inbound/outbound freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate electric sit‐down forklifts with floor controls (forward/reverse)
• Load and unload semi‐trailers safely and efficiently
• Move product to/from freezer storage for inbound and outbound loads
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks using JDA/Blue Yonder WMS
• Bulk stack and rack product according to facility standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed
• Train on first shift before transitioning to second shift
• Optional: Operate a yard jockey truck (strong plus)

Requirements

• Cold storage experience required
• Sit‐down forklift experience required
• Strong attendance and reliability — this is non‐negotiable
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from –5&degree;F to +35&degree;F
• Comfortable with fast‐paced, high‐volume warehouse operations
• Experience with WMS systems preferred (JDA/Blue Yonder a plus)
• Ability to lift/move pallets and freight as needed
• Willingness to work Saturdays during peak season (Sept–Nov)
