About the Role
The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President to spearhead AI-enabled business transformation. This pivotal role is not focused on software engineering but rather on partnering with business stakeholders to fundamentally reimagine and redesign workflows, decision-making processes, and operating models with AI at the core. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with leaders across major business domains, including investment functions, investor relations, and back-office operations, to identify and prioritize AI transformation opportunities. Key tasks include conducting current and future state assessments, leading workshops, building business cases, and developing transformation frameworks that can be scaled across the organization. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position should hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in business process transformation, reengineering, management consulting, or strategic technology consulting. The role requires a foundational understanding of modern AI capabilities and their application in business process redesign, with a focus on leading operating model transformation initiatives. Strong facilitation, communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms are essential. While not mandatory, familiarity with Python and a background in financial services, particularly in front or back-office support, are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will also have experience in building cost models, ROI analyses, and business cases, as well as proof-of-concept or prototyping experience.
