Marketing Associate

Position Title: Marketing Associate Location: Kernersville, NC Company: Spire Homes Employment Type: Full-Time About Us Spire Homes is the vertical construction arm of LeoTerra Development, focused on delivering high-quality commercial and residential building projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, driven, and organized Marketing Associate to help strengthen our brand presence, support business development efforts, and showcase our projects and culture. Position Summary The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing initiatives including social media, content creation, recruiting marketing, branding, event coordination, and project promotion. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and excited to grow within a fast-paced construction environment.
