Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across a mixed-acuity environment encompassing Critical Care, Stepdown, and Cardiac Telemetry patients with nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:2 to 1:4
• Perform interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Administer and monitor continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including patient support technicians and monitor technicians to deliver quality care across all three levels of patient acuity
• Float to other units and/or campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
• Complete required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements, including orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience with Epic EMR required
• Must live more than 100 miles from all system facilities to be eligible at full rate; night shift ICU travelers must live at least 50 miles from the contracted campus to be eligible (50–99.9 miles may be subject to a reduced bill rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN certification preferred
• Experience in a mixed-acuity environment managing Critical Care, Stepdown, and Telemetry patients
