Manufacturing Assembler Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Second Shift
- 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM | Friday-Saturday, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM
- Assemble, test, and package small to mid-size products according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Use hand tools and basic machinery
- Perform quality inspections, leak and pressure testing
- Package finished products for shipment
- Troubleshoot and rework parts as needed
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
Manufacturing Assembler Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented mindset with dependable attendance
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation to Burlington or Elon, NC
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
