Business Development DirectorThe Business Development Director is an individual contributor role, collaborating with emerging companies in Silicon Valley. You will be responsible for identifying and developing your start-up clients in technology and innovation-driven emerging companies. You will be engaging senior executives, understanding customer strategies and growth challenges, and collaborating with internal SMEs to architect solutions that drive behavioral change and drive financial impact. This role offers uncapped earning potential, directly tied to your performance.Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise business opportunities within the Silicon Valley marketEngage C-suite and senior leaders in insight-driven, strategic conversationsDiagnose complex business challenges and align with customer priorities-growth, productivity, and performancePartner with internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to build and deliver differentiated solutionsNavigate sophisticated, multi-stakeholder buying cycles from early discovery through close
