The Apartment Community Manager oversees all aspects of property and resident management within a large community setting. This role involves coordinating a large staff, ensuring smooth leasing operations, maintaining positive resident relations, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing budgeting to support community goals. This position requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with minimal, local travel expected.
Responsibilities
- Manage property operations including leasing and tenant relations
- Lead and supervise a large team of community staff
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the property
- Coordinate and manage vendor contracts and services
- Foster positive resident relations and address concerns promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in community management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Experienced in team leadership and management
