If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by strong earning potential, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Commercial Maintenance Business Development Manager, you will focus on building and growing recurring maintenance partnerships while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.Responsibilities include:Converting existing landscape installation clients into long-term maintenance accountsGenerating and managing $800K+ in annual maintenance revenueSelling enhancement services including landscape lighting, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, turf care, and additional property improvementsCreating accurate estimates and professional proposals with a goal of presenting within 3 business daysProspecting new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, referrals, community involvement, and cold outreachBuilding strong relationships with property managers, commercial clients, HOAs, and residential customersMaintaining healthy project gross margins between 52–60%Collaborating closely with operations and production teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finishWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is energetic, organized, self-motivated, and confident in their ability to develop business and close deals.Qualifications include:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsProven sales ability with confidence presenting proposals and closing opportunitiesHighly organized with strong follow-through and time management skillsProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities3–5 years of landscape, horticulture, maintenance, or related industry experience preferredExperience with CAD software, estimating, or landscape design is a plusValid driver's license requiredWhy You'll Love Working HereAt Gardens of Babylon, we believe our people are the foundation of our success.
