Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of children and formulate effective support strategies.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating closely with families to set actionable goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients to ensure successful outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed in response to developmental changes.

• Facilitate family support by providing resources, information, and skills training to enhance children's development and family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices when implementing programs and delivering services.

• Provide coaching and support in natural environments, maximizing learning opportunities for families and children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this position includes infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
