We’re hiring a

Compliance Ops Analyst

who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a role where you will own high-complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter. What You’ll Do

Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases

Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront

Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)

Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps

Validate against primary source docs

Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)

Interest in financial crime, compliance, fintech, or financial services

This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll truly have the autonomy to improve how work gets done. $80k base salary.
