As a key member of the Distribution Center, you will oversee operations, customer service, administration, and systems, driving continuous improvement and ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of finished goods. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership to an hourly workforce, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Coach, mentor, and develop employees to build a high‑performing team aligned with organizational goals. Drive change management initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Identify and resolve operational and personnel conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment. Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns promptly while promoting trust and engagement. Allocate resources effectively to meet business demands while minimizing costs. Develop and implement work instructions, ensuring alignment with safety standards and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (market units, planning, international exports, customer care) to meet or exceed targets and customer expectations. Manage safety protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. Analyze and address gaps in current processes, focusing on optimizing consumer and reverse logistics workflows. Champion Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance performance. Manage customer‑specific requirements such as labeling, shipping, and returns in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and approve employee timecards, ensuring compliance with company policies. Support the procurement of supplies and resources to maintain operational readiness. Establish and communicate clear expectations for team performance, aligning goals with business priorities. Minimum Basic Qualifications Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and build consensus. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through continuous improvement and change management initiatives. Strategic thinking and decision‑making capabilities with a results‑driven mindset. Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of supply chain / distribution / warehouse experience (3+ in leadership), or equivalent (Associate degree with 7+ years, 4+ in leadership; High School Diploma with 10+ years, 5+ in leadership). Applicants must have full‑time work authorization in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available. Desired Characteristics Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Office, and Excel. Strong analytical and process‑driven mindset. Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred. Effective motivator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability to fluctuating customer demands and business needs. Proven track record of driving distribution transformation and delivering measurable results.
