We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. As a vital part of our team, you will deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician. Responsibilities Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician Monitor patients' health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans Support residents and their families with education, comfort, and reassurance Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards Requirements Active LPN license in Maryland or Multistate Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred - new grads welcome!
