Job Overview FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE INSURANCE (FAMLI) Division – Workforce Specialist. The role supports Colorado’s newly implemented Family and Medical Leave Insurance program by managing staffing operations, maintaining workforce data, and providing workforce analytics to enable proactive capacity planning and decision‑making across the division. Key Responsibilities Analyze staffing levels, leave patterns, workload trends, and service demands to inform Workforce Manager and senior leadership. Provide actionable workforce insights through data visualization, reporting, and predictive analysis. Support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes for employees and contractors. Maintain division roster, daily staff tracking, and organizational chart updates. Utilize workforce management systems, reports, and analytics tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Communicate findings clearly to a diverse leadership audience and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications Six (6) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in workforce management systems, data analysis, and capacity planning. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible format. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Background check and E‑Verify eligibility. Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience with workforce management systems and analytics tools. Expertise in reporting and visualizing data to support decision‑making. Advanced ability to interpret staffing levels, leave patterns, and service‑demands.
