Job Summary: Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across healthcare facilities in the Midwest region. This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical tasks with professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care projects including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing floors to a high gloss using specialized equipment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning of edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips.
• Manage supply inventories and place orders for cleaning and maintenance materials.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance.
• Archive records and complete other duties as assigned.
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment, reporting any needed repairs promptly.
• Demonstrate proper use of chemicals, supplies, and tools.
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks as required.
• Adhere to departmental performance standards including attendance, training, and uniform policies.
• Exhibit courteous and respectful interactions with all customers, fostering a hospitable atmosphere.
• Report any concerns related to safety, abuse, neglect, or harassment in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Protect patient and staff privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the Support Services team, showing initiative and assisting peers to ensure thorough and timely task completion.
• Communicate professionally and keep supervisors informed of work status and needs.
• Report maintenance needs for furniture, buildings, and fixtures.
• Participate in emergency response duties as assigned during disasters.
• Follow all safety, infection control, disaster, and departmental policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a related support services or custodial role is advantageous.
