ABOUT THE ROLE The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for managing the company’s outgoing payments and ensuring all vendor invoices are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships, supporting cash flow management, and ensuring the integrity of financial records. The Accounts Payable Specialist works closely with internal departments such as Purchasing, Receiving, and Finance to resolve discrepancies, improve process efficiency, and support month-end and year-end close activities. Essential Functions Maintain strong vendor relationships. Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner. Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues. Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and correct coding utilizing Vista by Viewpoint and Invoice Confirmation software systems. Match invoices to purchase orders. Process weekly payment runs. Review vendor statements. Process mail as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. ABOUT YOU Qualifications High school diploma or the equivalent required. 5 years Accounts Payable experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), importing, and data entry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organization and reasoning skills. Positive attitude and customer focus. Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism in all CSI activities. Proactive attitude, showing initiative and the ability to work independently. Physical Demands Frequently works outdoors on uneven surfaces. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. May be required to stoop, bend, and crouch. Work Environment Works in a climate controlled environment 50% of the time. May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions. Frequently works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels. May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals. WHAT WE OFFER Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate $36.00-$45.00/ hour (Non-Exempt) Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
