Pay Rate $29.03 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, access points, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor access control activities, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements Possess at least two years of security‑related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a valid armed guard card or license. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
