Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address client issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.

• Facilitate couples therapy, helping partners navigate through challenges to enhance their relationship dynamics and improve communication.
\n
• Engage with families to foster healthier interactions and address systemic issues, using family therapy techniques to promote understanding and resolve conflicts.
\n
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, utilizing both client feedback and therapeutic objectives.

• Assess and diagnose a range of mental health disorders, applying a thorough understanding of DSM-5 criteria during evaluations.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in line with clinic policies and compliance standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance clinic-wide practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, couples seeking to strengthen their relationship, and families looking to improve their dynamics. Our clients often present with a range of challenges, including anxiety disorders, trauma, or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• At least two years of experience providing clinical therapy services in a relevant setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• A demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using teletherapy platforms effectively, with familiarity in digital patient management systems.

• Knowledge of additional therapeutic specialties, such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Prior experience in a community health setting will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
