Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mental health support to a diverse caseload through individual and group therapy sessions.

• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of interns, ensuring they understand clinical documentation standards and therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions that cover compliance with federal, state, and county mental health regulations, enabling interns to thrive in their roles.

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records, ensuring all documentation adheres to audit standards and agency policies.
\n
• Support interns in performing their duties, evaluating their progress, and assisting with corrective actions when necessary.

• Act as a clinical consultant in both crisis and non-crisis situations, providing immediate support and strategies for resolution.

• Engage in ongoing quality assurance initiatives, reviewing documentation and clinical records to ensure compliance with funding and agency requirements.

• Prepare detailed program reports and participate in organizational meetings to enhance our service delivery model.

• Ensure a safe and organized workspace, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues.

• Contribute to the implementation of clinical program objectives, involving strategic goal setting to enhance service delivery.

The client population primarily consists of adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of emotional, psychological, and substance use disorders.
