SERVICE MANAGER WITH ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE
$130K plus bonuses, benefits, plus career growth
Experienced energetic Service Manager wanted a track record of leading a team of experienced technicians in the maintenance and repairing of large and complex systems. Must have proven and verifiable experience in organizing, planning, directing and controlling the day-to-day activities of the service department.
Applicants must be a reliable hands-on self-starter and be capable of receiving and immediately dispatching emergency service calls, scheduling of maintenance work as well as generating new service work plus tracking and managing all service requests obtained by office personnel.
Responsibilities shall include but not limited to hiring/firing and tracking P&L’s and billing hours and closing out all maintenance, repair, installation calls providing follow-up and quality control reports from the field personnel to verify that all work has been completed in a professional manner.
