Billing Clerk- Alamo Transit

Billing Clerk Alamo Concrete Products Company, ACP, is headquartered in San Antonio, TX with 8 Divisions throughout the Greater Central/South Texas Region. ACP produces and delivers concrete and operates Aggregate Quarries that supply concrete batch plants. The Billing Clerk supports billing operations by accurately entering, reviewing, and reconciling bills of lading for internal and external customers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of data entry and document filing while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Duties include, but are not limited, to the following: Responsibilities: Accurately enter, verify, and bill tickets in a timely manner. Coordinate with Division and Sales Managers to obtain billing approvals. Reconcile customer payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies. Provide support to the Billing Supervisor and other Billing Clerks as needed. Required Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in 10-key data entry. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Prior data entry experience required.
