Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily kitchen operations.
• Develop and execute creative, seasonal American-inspired menus.
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Oversee inventory, food costs, ordering, and kitchen scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all NYC Department of Health and food safety regulations.
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef n an American cuisine restaurant.
• Professional culinary training or equivalent high-level culinary experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for creativity and menu development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• NYC Food Handler Certificate required.
