About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Regulatory Reporting. The successful candidate will be tasked with the preparation, review, and governance of U.S. regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements. This pivotal role involves producing a range of complex regulatory reports, including various FR, FFIEC, and TIC reports, and requires a hands-on approach to production, particularly with FR Y-15 and FR Y-9C reports. The VP will also be responsible for reconciling regulatory reporting data, maintaining workpapers, and supporting governance activities. Collaboration with finance, risk, and regulatory teams is essential to enhance reporting accuracy, governance, and process improvements. Applicants for the VP position should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a preference for a CPA, CFA, or other professional certification. A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in banking regulatory or financial reporting is required, with a strong background in U.S. GAAP and banking regulatory reporting. The role demands advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and experience with Axiom, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar BI tools is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking products and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
