Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, ensuring safe and effective care.
- Coordinates care with other disciplines and departments to optimize patient outcomes.
- Applies critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily clinical practice.
- Maintains accurate documentation, monitors patient status, and promotes safety and comfort.
- Provides patient and family education as appropriate, and advocates for quality care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (CA)
- Med-surg nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
- Eligibility for travel assignments and willingness to travel as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced med-surg setting
