Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Registered Nurse – Nursing

Night Shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) certification required

At least two years of recent experience in the field required

Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process.

Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.

Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe, healing, and supportive environment.

Develop and implement care plans, evaluating patient progress and outcomes.

Provide educational opportunities for patients and families regarding health information.

Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
