Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader distribution center in Plainfield is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting facility upkeep and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:45 PM - 11:15 PM Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

Perform general facility maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
Assist other maintenance team members with various maintenance activities.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and building systems.
Detect and report defective materials or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety regulations.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of conveyor experience preferred.
Ability to work on the second shift and overtime as needed.
Must have recent maintenance experience. (Within last 6 months - 1 year)
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
