Legal Billing & Collections Specialist

shook-careers is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare and review invoices, perform override calculations, and assist with payments and aging analyses. You will work with Billing Attorneys and the Accounting department to ensure accurate client billing in line with guidelines. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 3+ years in accounting with law firm billing experience preferred, and strong Excel skills.
