License/Certs: Valid Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a PCU setting, proficient in IV starts and Telemetry with Epic EMR experience

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed, providing flexible support across hospital areas
• Monitor patient conditions, including Telemetry, and respond to clinical needs
• Perform IV starts and other routine procedures
• Document patient care accurately and timely in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU or comparable experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in IV placements, Telemetry monitoring, and Epic EMR
• Ability to work night shifts reliably

• Prior float pool experience
• Strong assessment and communication skills
