Administrative Support Worker Lead - Volvo Cars US Operations

The Administrative Support Worker Lead is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks such as ordering, data entry, and filing. This role requires professional and cheerful interaction with customers, visitors, and employees. Role duties may vary based on client requirements and business needs. Job Responsibilities Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources such as filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance. Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as needed. Schedule meetings. Maintain office memos and informative postings. Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum 2+ years of administrative support experience. Excellent written, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel and Word; strong digital literacy in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Internet, typing, and other database or spreadsheet software. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Ability to optimally connect with employees. Education High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
