LIME Painting of North Tampa is hiring an Account Manager to own a sales territory in the high-end residential and commercial market.

We are a premium painting and restoration company. Our clients care about quality and are willing to pay for it, so the work centers on larger jobs and long-term relationships rather than competing on the lowest price.

You would own each client from the first conversation through the finished project: generating your own
leads, running in-home consultations, closing the work, and managing the project to completion.

What the job involves
• Generating leads in assigned neighborhoods and through referral and community relationships
• Running in-home consultations, assessing what a property needs, and presenting solutions
• Closing work with our consultative sales process and tracking everything in our CRM
• Managing each project you sell through to a finished result and a satisfied client

This role is a good fit if
You are motivated by commission, you build trust with people quickly, you would rather be measured on
results than on hours at a desk, and you can handle rejection and keep going.

This role is not a good fit if
You need the same predictable paycheck every month, you are not comfortable knocking on a stranger's door, or you want leads handed to you with your day planned for you. It is better for both of us to know that now

The honest version
This is a field role. It requires at least 40 hours a week, and closer to 55 in peak season for those earning at the top, including a minimum of 20 hours a week of door knocking. Pay is an uncapped commission, so strong months can be very strong, and slow months are real. The first three months are probationary, with a one-week virtual Bootcamp, field training, and a manager invested in your ramp-up.

Growth
LIME has a defined path from Account Manager to General Manager to ownership for people who perform, and we will be clear from the start about what that takes.

Compensation
An uncapped commission could range between $45.000 and $95.000
