Director of Operations

Overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business operations, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage the Implementation, Client Services, and Data Operations functions, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company goals through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across core functional areas, driving process standardization and optimization Provide strategic direction and leadership to managers in Implementation, Client Services, and Data Operations Partner with executive leadership to operationalize company goals and identify gaps in processes and systems Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a related field, with a focus on benefits administration or billing operations 8+ years of experience leading teams and managing managers across multiple functional areas Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration Proficiency in operational tools and systems, such as project management and business intelligence tools
