Responsibilities Train field employees, which may include, but not limited to technical knowledge; OSHA, and other safety, environmental, and governmental regulations and standards; and company policies and procedures. Assist the District Manager in ensuring compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist the District Manager in identifying potential issues and proactively developing resolutions. Complete other field-related tasks as assigned by the District Manager. Assist with compliance items including reseller reviews, plant inspections, and customer location inspections and training. Provide technical expertise on the safe storage and handling of propane. Maintain the plant, yard, equipment, and dock so that they are clean, attractive, and safe. Assist in maintaining vehicle files, including maintenance completion entry. Continue in current roll and job duties in addition to Team Lead responsibilities. Qualifications High school diploma or high school equivalent. One year of work-related experience. Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other safety, environmental, and governmental standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment. Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a customer-focused environment. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with a strong desire to teach others. Ability to successfully give and receive constructive feedback. Why Blue Rhino?
